Are they legal?

The Will, the transferring of property or the settlement of an estate are legal and accepted by the Government and the Courts when you follow the instructions provided.

Do I also need to see a solicitor?

The use of these kits dispenses with the need to use a solicitor in 90% of cases. If you are concerned phone us and we will provide an honest assessment of your situation.

What happens if I need advice?

You are welcome to phone our 'help line' 1300 655 053 regarding the procedures.

Will the kit I buy be up-to-date?

Changes to legislation are very rare. Clients can phone us after purchasing, quote the reference number inside and we will advise if your kit is current. If new material or advice is required, this will be sent out at once free of charge.

Is it difficult to do the searches?

A lot of information is given in the kit which makes it quite easy and quick to do the searches. Alternatively we are able to assist with a fast and economic service.

Does it take much time to handle these legal matters?

No! When you know what to do, it is much quicker than you would think. There is no phoning around at random or taking days to wander around town. You are told what to do in the kits and most things can be done by phone, fax, e-mail, or letter.

Will I really save much money?

The amount that you save depends on the task. Get a quote from a solicitor and weigh that against the cost of a kit and a couple of hours of your time!
