Forms To Apply For Probate
The Supreme Court Of Queensland forms required to apply for Probate in Queensland are no.101 Application, no. 102 Application For Letters Of Administration (Intestacy), no. 103 Notice Of Intention To Apply For Grant, no. 104 Affidavit Of Publication And Service, no. 105 Affidavit Supporting Probate Application. There is also the form no. 47 Certificate Of Exhibit which needs to be attached in a certain manner to the Will.
