The credentials of legal kit authors are important but few authors or publishers ever put their name forward. Well, we do!
My name is Fred Sparrow. I am not a solicitor but I was Queensland Manager and Director of S & M Supply Co. Pty Ltd which handled law stationary since 1964. Around 1974 S & M Law Stationers was established. In 1986 the ownership of the division was taken by another group and I moved with it.
In 1996 I formed Law Stationer – Fred Sparrow Pty Ltd. absorbing the previous law stationery business, and a year later also formed Legal Kit Specialists.
All told this shows involvement with law forms for more than thirty-six years. In the last twenty years we were the only dedicated establishment in Queensland, Our function was to design, draft, print and distribute to barristers and solicitors throughout Queensland.
All types of administrative forms, contracts, agreements, leases, instruction sheets, Divorce Law Forms, Will papers, Land Registry forms, Stamp Duty etc. were handled by us.
In addition to that experience in law forms over so many years the kits were still passed before a solicitor - just to be sure.
